The West Virginia Building will be available Wednesday, November 9 for setup from 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm, and on Friday, November 11 for breakdown and pickup. Setup is also available starting at 7:00 am for Career Day participants and 2:00 pm for those only participating in MEGA.

All MEGA Business participants are required to provide a door prize for their booth. ($25.00 minimum).

We are also hosting our popular silent auction again this year during MEGA. All vendors are encouraged to donate items, as well as community members who want to advertise their products and services without registering for MEGA. If you are interested in donating an item to the silent auction, please contact the Chamber at (304)645-2818.  

We are hosting a Career Day for 10th grade students in Greenbrier County in the morning prior to MEGA. Lunch will be provided for Career Day vendors. Please click here for more information on Career Day. This is a great event and a wonderful way for your business to give service to the area.
