    Job Description
    Greenbrier Valley Aquatic Center is hiring! Do you have experience in aquatics or hospitality? Do you have a heart for serving others and a deep love for this community? If so, we would love to talk to you! We are looking for friendly people to fill the following year-round positions:
    Front Desk Manager – The Front Desk Manager will oversee the Member and Guest arrival process and point of sale process. They will assist the General Manager and Director of Operations in the membership sales process. Individual will work with a team of Front Desk Associates to ensure a welcoming, effective, and efficient arrival experience.
    Facilities Manager – The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the state of the physical facility and ensuring all elements remain in good working order. Individual will develop a deep working knowledge of all key systems, oversee regular maintenance programs, and address all other issues to ensure both short- and long-term quality. They will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility and communicate with other departments to ensure that all cleanliness expectations are being met daily.
    Head Lifeguard – The Head Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all Members and Guests. They will lead a team of full and part time lifeguards to supervise three separate pools and seasonal outdoor water feature. They will create and enforce standards, procedures, and reporting in all applicable areas. Must possess or be willing and able to obtain and maintain required certifications.
    Front Desk Associate – Front Desk Associates will be responsible for greeting Members and Guests and assisting them with arrival process and point of sale process. They will be available to answer questions and will take part in the daily cleanliness of the facility.
    Facilities Technician – The Facilities Technician will assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility. They will develop a deep working knowledge of all key systems and assist in overall maintenance programs. They will assist with addressing all issues to ensure both short- and long-term quality. During their shifts, they will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility.
    Lifeguards – Lifeguards will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all Members and Guests by assisting in the supervision of three separate pools and seasonal outdoor water feature. Must possess or be willing and able to obtain and maintain required certifications.
