Healing Appalachia

Healing Appalachia is an annual music festival that celebrates recovery and helps eradicate addiction, organized by Hope In The Hills, a non-profit organization striving to raise awareness and funds for projects that seek to improve lives affected by addiction. 

Like Farm Aid raising money for America’s small family farms, this music festival brings people from all walks of life united in their mission of supporting communities fighting against drugs and alcohol. By participating in Healing Appalachia each year, you can help contribute towards improving Appalachian communities!

Having been held for two days at the West Virginia State Fair in Lewisburg, not only will you be able to enjoy incredible music and art, but your presence is also supporting a great cause. Healing Appalachia offers various activities that promote recovery and healing, prevention strategies for young adults, healthy habits, and recovery aid programs. By connecting and strengthening these communities dealing with addiction issues in Appalachia, you can help build a brighter future for everyone involved.
